About Tideform

No slides. Hours back. Tideform is a new wave consultancy. We show how work in your company really gets done, and then we build the AI agents and integrations that take over the routine work. Not how it looks in a process chart, but how the people who do it describe it themselves. An AI interviewer talks to every employee for about twenty minutes. You get a map of all your processes, where the hours go, and the three automations that pay off most.

Why we build this

Almost every company of 5 to 200 people has work that gets done twice: retyping from PDFs, searching three systems, chasing people, keeping lists. Everyone knows it's there, but nobody has the overview. A classic process analysis takes a lot of time and calendars, and often only hears a few key people. We think the fairest picture comes from everyone, at a moment that suits them.

What we stick to

• It's about work, not people. Nobody gets a score. Quotes are attributed to roles, never names.
• Employees approve first. At the end everyone sees their own summary, can change it, and only what is approved counts.
• Always clear it's AI. It's the first thing the interviewer says.
• As little data as possible. Speech is transcribed on our own server and the audio is deleted right away. No cookies and no tracking on this website.
• Honest numbers. We calculate with what employees tell us and check it against exports from your own systems. Someone's tasks always fit within their working week, we never assume more than 80% of a task can be automated, and every saving is a range. The rules are in the report.
• Fixed prices. The audit costs from €1,250, depending on the number of employees, and we credit it in full if you build with us within 30 days. Building and running is tailored, because it depends on what we build. After the audit you get a fixed quote, so you know the cost up front.

How an audit works

1. A short intake call: is it a fit, and who takes part?
2. We set up the audit. You announce it to your team (the message is ready for you) and send everyone their own link.
3. Employees talk, type or tap with the interviewer whenever it suits them, and approve their summary.
4. You share a few exports and documents from your systems, such as a list of purchase invoices or quotes. Claude puts them next to the interviews.
5. You get the report: the map, the hours, the top 3 with a plan, and what the team itself wants gone. We go through it together.

Then: build and run

Most of the gain is not in one standalone AI tool but in everything being connected: accounting, bank, mailbox, planning and your own systems. Then an agent can read an invoice, book it, match it to the payment and send the customer a reminder, without anyone retyping anything. We build that with Claude and Claude Code for a fixed monthly fee, and keep it running afterwards. The first agent is live within 30 days. Whatever goes out is approved by a named colleague.
