What people ask.
Won't employees find it strange to talk to an AI?
No manager across the table, you pick the moment, and the manager doesn't read the conversation. Many questions take one tap.
Will this replace employees?
The audit looks at tasks, not people: nobody gets a score and quotes are attributed to roles. If we build afterwards, agents take over routine work. What you do with that time is your call: grow without hiring, not refill a vacancy, or move people to work that needs a person. Tell your team honestly up front why you are doing it; the announcement message is ready.
What is the system scan?
You upload a few exports from your own systems, such as a list of purchase invoices from Exact or AFAS, quotes, orders or job sheets, and your procedures if you like. Claude counts what really comes through and puts it next to the interviews. So you see whether the hours add up and what work nobody mentioned. See it in the sample report.
What does Claude itself cost?
The Claude accounts and the agents' usage are in your company's name, so the workspace and the data stay yours. A Claude Team seat costs about $25 per user per month billed monthly (Anthropic's price). What the agents use depends on the work; we estimate it up front.
What if I don't want to continue after the audit?
Then you keep the process map and the plan per process, so you can take it forward yourself. There is no obligation.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Zapier?
ChatGPT and Claude are the engine; we build the car around it: connected to your systems, with fixed rules for amounts, a colleague’s approval and a log. Zapier only works with ready-made integrations and you build every step yourself. We build it and keep it running.
What happens to the recordings?
Speech is transcribed on our own server and the audio is deleted right after. We only keep the text and the structured process data.
How well does the interviewer understand Dutch?
The speech recognition supports Dutch. How well it handles accents and trade jargon is something we measure in the first pilots. You always see your answer written out, and you can type or tap instead.
Does the works council have to agree?
Possibly. If your company has a works council (required from 50 people in the Netherlands), it has a consent right on systems that are suitable for monitoring employees (WOR article 27). So discuss it up front; we go through it together in the intake call. More in our article on GDPR and the AI Act (in Dutch).
Does it work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. The interview works in Dutch and English, and so does the report.
